A corporate yacht charter in Santorini runs on one catamaran that takes 17 guests, and 17 is a hard ceiling. The full day is 10:30 to 20:30 and starts at €2,400 for up to ten, then €100 for each guest after. Above 17 we run two boats and say so.
Seventeen is the number that shapes every other decision here: the price, the catering, the seating, whether your group stays together. So the first thing we ask is the headcount, not the date.
Seventeen, and what happens at eighteen
We sell 17 on a private charter and 15 on a shared one, and neither number moves for a good client.
Under seventeen it is one boat, one price and one conversation. The deck seats everyone, the grill feeds everyone, and the crew know every name by the first swim stop.
At eighteen or more it becomes two boats. We will tell you that rather than put nineteen people on a deck built to be comfortable with fewer. Two boats means two crews, two prices, and a decision about whether the group travels together or splits.
If your number is not final — and on a company trip it rarely is — send us the range rather than a guess. We quote the top of it, so the figure does not move on you later.
Ten hours, and what it works out at per head
The full-day private charter runs 10:30 to 20:30. It starts at €2,400 for up to ten guests, and every guest from the eleventh is €100.

Per-head figures are rounded to the nearest euro. A private boat is never cheaper per head than a €100 shared seat, however large the group gets. What the money buys is ten hours instead of five, a start time you set, and a deck with only your people on it. How a company booking actually runs
- Send the headcount range and the dateWhatsApp is fastest. Tell us whether the date is fixed or has a day either side of it, because that changes what we can hold.
- We come back with one numberThe whole price for the boat at your guest count. Return road transfers between the hotels and the boat, lunch cooked on board, Santorini wine, beer and water, snorkelling gear, towels, the crew, fuel, insurance and port fees are all inside it.
- Dietary requirements go in writing, not on the morningThe galley cooks a Greek BBQ: chicken, shrimp, Greek salad, pasta in tomato sauce, vine leaf rolls and the dips. Vegetarians are straightforward. For a serious allergy, message us before you confirm so the captain has it from you directly.
- Agree how you want to payThere is no deposit, and nothing is taken when you book. Our payment methods and invoicing arrangements are not published on this site, because they are not something to guess at with a finance team reading. Tell us what your accounts department needs and we will confirm it in writing.
- Cancel free seven days outSeven days or more before departure you get everything back. If the captain cancels for weather on the morning, the same applies, whatever the itinerary says.
Nothing is added at the boat
The number we quote is the number you pay. Port fees, fuel, crew, insurance, the transfers and the drinks are inside it before you see it.
There is no bar tab, no fuel surcharge and no per-head extra that appears on the quay. The two things outside the price are the Nea Kameni national park fee, which only applies if you land on the volcano, and gratuities, which are yours to decide.
For anyone signing off a budget, that matters more than the headline: one line, agreed in advance, with no reconciliation afterwards.

What a day on this boat is not
It is not a conference room. There is no screen and no whiteboard, and we have not published a power or wifi specification, so do not plan a presentation around one.
It is not a party boat with a sound system built for a hundred people. It is a Lagoon sailing catamaran with a wide deck, two or three crew and a grill.
It is not somewhere anyone can leave at three o'clock. Ten hours is ten hours, and the boat comes back when it comes back. If part of your group needs a shorter day, take the five-hour private charter instead.

Common questions
What is the capacity limit of the vessels?
We cap private charters at 17 and shared departures at 15. If your group is larger than 17, that becomes a conversation about two boats rather than a standard booking, so message us with the headcount before you plan anything else.
Can you take a group of more than 17 people?
Not on one boat. Above seventeen we run two, with two crews and two prices, and we will tell you that rather than overfill a deck. Whether the group stays together on the water or splits by team is then your call, and it is worth making early.
Can you invoice a company?
Tell us what your accounts team needs — a named invoice, a purchase-order reference, a particular payment route — and we will confirm in writing what we can do before you commit. We have not published our payment terms on this site, and a finance department deserves a real answer rather than a guess.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can for July and August, when the Santorini fleet fills weeks ahead. May, June, September and early October usually need one to two weeks. A whole-boat charter needs more notice than seats do, because only one group sails per departure.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Send them in writing with the guest list, not on the morning. The food is a Greek BBQ cooked on board, so vegetarians are easy. For an allergy that matters, message us before you confirm the booking and we will tell you honestly what the galley can and cannot do.
Is a private charter cheaper per head than buying seats?
No, and it never is. A shared seat is €100. The full-day charter works out at €240 a head at ten guests and €182 at seventeen. What you pay the difference for is ten hours rather than five, your own start time, and a boat with nobody else's company on it.
