Contact us about a Santorini boat tour

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us about a Santorini boat tour, and it goes to the people who run the boats. Email suits long questions; the form suits a date request. We do not keep fixed office hours, but WhatsApp reaches us through the day in season and we answer every message.

One number, one inbox, one form. Below is what each of them is good for, and an honest account of how quickly you will hear back.

The phone number and the WhatsApp number are the same line, so you only have to save one. We are at Fira, Thira 847 00, Greece. Your exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking, and a car collects you from your hotel and brings you back — that is in the price of every catamaran cruise.

How quickly we answer

We are not going to promise you a number of minutes, because we could not keep it in August.

Here is what actually happens. A message sent in the morning is usually answered the same morning. A message sent while a boat is out sometimes waits until the evening, because the person reading it is on the water with twenty guests. In July and August that happens more often than in May.

So we will say only the two things we can stand behind. WhatsApp reaches us through the day in season. And we answer every message, including the ones where the answer is no, and the ones that end with you booking someone else.

If something is genuinely urgent — your ship sails at 17:00, the wind has come up, you are standing somewhere and nobody has arrived — put that in the first line. It moves to the front.

How it works

What to put in the first message

Five lines, and we can usually answer everything in one reply instead of four.

  1. The date, or the two dates you are choosing betweenAvailability is the one thing no page on this site can tell you. Send the date and we will tell you what is free on it.
  2. How many of you, and the ages of any childrenA shared cruise has a set number of seats; a private charter and the RIB are the whole boat. Ages matter because of life jackets.
  3. Which cruise, or just what you want out of the daySunset, two of us, we want to swim. That is enough to go on. We will tell you which of the five catamaran cruises fits, or whether you actually want the water taxi instead.
  4. Where you are staying, or your ship and its all-aboard timeRoad transfer both ways is included on every catamaran cruise, so we need the hotel name. If you are in port for the day, the all-aboard time decides everything else.
  5. Anything that would change the dayAllergies, a wheelchair, seasickness, a pregnancy, a proposal nobody else is supposed to know about. Tell us at the start, not at the boat.
Find us

Three ways in, one boat at the end of them

Whichever you use, the same people read it. There is no call centre and no agency in between.

WhatsApp, for anything with a date in it

Fastest route to an answer. Send the date, the number of people and where you are staying.

Best for availability. We can usually confirm or rule out a date in one message.

Email, for the longer questions

Group logistics, wedding and proposal planning, accessibility, anything that needs a paper trail.

Best for detail. Attach the ship name and all-aboard time if you are on a cruise call.

Where we are, and where you meet the boat

Fira, Thira 847 00, Greece
Your exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking — it depends on the boat, the day and the wind.
Road transfer from your hotel and back is included on every catamaran cruise.

You do not need to find the port yourself. The car does that part.

Where we are, in Fira

The pin is Fira, which is the address on our Google listing and the only address we publish.

The map below is a Google embed, and it stays switched off until you press the button. Nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set before you ask for it. That is also why this page loads as fast as it does.

The map is not your meeting point. That is confirmed with your booking, because it depends on the boat, the day and the wind.

The map loads only when you ask it to, so the page stays fast and Google sets no cookie before you choose.

Nothing on this site takes a payment

The form sends a booking request. A person reads it, checks the boat, and replies to you. You are not charged by this website, and nothing is fixed until we have both written it down.

Ready when you are

Send us the date and we will tell you what is free

WhatsApp is quickest. Email is fine. The form works too, and all three land with the same people. Every number we charge is already on the prices page, so the only thing left to settle is the day.

Common questions

Where do the cruises start from?

We are based in Fira, and the boat sails from Vlychada Marina on the south coast. You do not have to find it: the car that is included in every catamaran cruise collects you from your hotel and brings you back. Your exact meeting point at the marina is confirmed with your booking.

Can I skip the free transportation and meet you at the port directly?

Usually yes, but ask first rather than assuming. Message us on WhatsApp with your date and we will send the meeting point and a map pin once the boat for that day is set. The transfer costs you nothing either way, so most guests simply take it.

What are your opening hours?

We do not keep fixed office hours, and the old version of this site carried two contradictory sets, so we removed both. What is true is that WhatsApp reaches us through the day in season, and that every message gets an answer, including the ones where the answer is no.

Can I book last-minute?

Sometimes. Cancellations free up seats, and dates in May, June, September and October often have space at short notice. WhatsApp is faster than email here, because the answer depends on what the boats are doing that particular week rather than on a calendar.

Is the WhatsApp number the same as the phone number?

Yes. One Greek mobile number takes both calls and WhatsApp messages, so you only save it once. Messages are usually the better choice: the answer arrives in writing, we can send a map pin back, and neither of us is fighting the wind on a boat deck.
