Book your Santorini boat tour
To book a Santorini boat tour, use the form on this page: choose a cruise, tell us the date and the number of guests, and leave us a way to reply. No payment is taken on this site. A person reads every request and answers the same day.
Pressing send does not book anything and does not charge anything. It sends us a request. We check the boat against your date and write back with what is free, what it costs, and how to pay.
Two things are worth knowing before you fill it in. Cancel seven days or more before departure and you are refunded in full. If the captain stands the boat down for weather on the morning, you take another date or the money back.
How a booking goes, in three steps
The form above is the first of these. The other two happen off the page, between a person here and you.
- You send the request. Three short panels: which cruise, when and how many, and how we reach you. It takes about a minute. No card details are asked for and none are taken.
- We answer the same day. One of us checks the boat against your date and writes back with what is free, what it costs and how to pay. If the date has gone, we tell you what else is open that week.
- You confirm, and we set the car. Once you say yes, we agree the payment, take your hotel name and fix the pickup time. Your exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking.
What a request holds

What we ask for, and why each field matters
Nine fields, and every one of them changes something about the day. The last one changes the most.
| What we ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Which cruise | It sets the boat, the length of the day and the price. If you are undecided, pick the closest one and say so in the message box. |
| Date | We check that one date against what the boat is already doing. One date, one answer. |
| Guests | A shared cruise has a set number of seats; a private charter is the whole boat. Children count, and their ages decide which life jackets come aboard. |
| Hotel or village | The road transfer both ways is inside the price of every catamaran cruise. We need to know where the car is going. |
| Time preference | Morning water is calmer and clearer. Sunset is for the light and dinner on deck. If your day has to fit a ship's all-aboard time, say so here. |
| Name | So the reply is addressed to a person, and so the crew know who is stepping aboard. |
| This is where the answer goes. A copy of your own request lands there within a minute of sending it. | |
| Phone or WhatsApp | Optional, and it is how we reply fastest. It is also how we reach you on the morning if the captain changes the plan. |
| Anything we should know | Allergies, a birthday, a proposal, someone who does not swim, a pram. The crew shop and cook in advance, so this belongs here rather than on the day. |
We use what you send to answer you and to run your day. Nothing on that list goes anywhere else.
About paying
There is no card field anywhere on this site and no payment page behind it. Nothing is held and nothing is charged when you press send.
We tell you how to pay in the reply, because it is not the same for one shared seat and for a whole boat. There is no deposit: nothing is taken when you book.
What the prices themselves cover is fixed and public. A €100 seat includes the transfers, the swim stops, lunch cooked on board, wine, beer and the port fees. Nothing is added at the boat. The full table is on prices.
Cancelling, and the weather
Cancel seven days or more before departure and you get everything back. Inside seven days, message us and we will tell you what we can do for that date.
The captain decides on the morning of the cruise whether the sea is safe. If we cancel for weather, you move to another date or take a full refund. He may also change the route or the order of the stops on the day, for the same reason. That is a judgement about the sea, not about the schedule.
If the boat you booked is unavailable, we may run your cruise on another boat of the same class, and we tell you before you sail. The full wording is on cancellation policy.
If you are on the island and thinking about tomorrow or the day after, WhatsApp is faster than this form. Message +30 698 977 1888 with the date and the number of guests. It reaches the same people, and it reaches them on a phone rather than in an inbox.
It is also the right channel if you are watching a windy forecast and want to know what we are seeing.
Not sure which cruise to pick?
Send the date and the number of guests and say you are undecided. We will tell you what suits, and what is actually free that week.

Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is the least we can work with, and more is better. Tell us the date and we will tell you whether the boat is free. July and August are the months that fill first across the island, so if your dates are fixed, ask early.
Can I book a boat tour on arrival?
Sometimes. Cancellations free up seats, and dates outside July and August often have space. It is not a plan we would build a holiday around in high summer. If you are already here, message us on WhatsApp rather than using this form; you will get an answer faster.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit, and no payment is taken anywhere on this website — the booking form only sends us your request. When we reply, we set out exactly what to pay, when, and how, before you commit to anything at all.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel seven days or more before departure and you are refunded in full. Inside seven days, message us and we will tell you what we can do for your date. A cancellation by the captain for weather is a different thing: that is refunded in full, whenever it happens.
Will I receive a refund if the operator cancels?
Yes. If the captain stands the boat down for weather, that is our cancellation and not yours, so the seven-day rule does not apply. You take another date or the money back, in full. Book early in your stay and a rescheduled sailing still fits before you fly home.
Where do the cruises start from?
We are based in Fira, and your exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking. It depends on the boat, the day and the wind. Road transfer from your hotel and back is inside the price of every catamaran cruise, so you do not have to find the port.
Santorini Boat Tour - Water Taxi is a catamaran cruise and water taxi operator based in Fira, Santorini.
